Inqubo yokukhiqiza:

Ukukhetha ingxubevange ye-Aluminium :  Okuvame ukusetshenziswa okungu-6063-T5 noma okungu-6061-T6 ama-alloys e-aluminium kumele kuhlangabezane nezimfuneko zamandla aqinile (≥160MPa) nokwelulwa (≥8%).

4. Ukunemba kwemishini

Ukusika:  Sebenzisa isaha enekhanda eliphindwe kabili elingu-45° ukuze usike iphrofayela ibe ubude obudingekayo bengxenye, ngokulawula okunembayo ngaphakathi kuka-±0.5mm.

Ukubhoboza nokufaka:  Umshini wokubhoboza ozenzakalela ngokugcwele ucubungula izimbobo ezikhwezayo nezikhala (ezifana nesakhiwo sembobo esishiwo kulungelo lobunikazi lokunqwabelana kothuli).

5. Ukuhlangana nokulawulwa kwekhwalithi

Ukulungiswa kwamakhona:  Amakhona amane ohlaka axhunywe amakhona ensimbi engagqwali, futhi ukuhlola okuphindwe kathathu kusetshenziswa ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukuqina nokungangeni komoya.
