Xijiang Bridge is located in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, started operation on April 1, 1987. It is a highway and railway dual-purpose bridge, divided into upper and lower layers. With a total length of 1621.858 meters, the railway bridge is an important railway bridge connecting Lingnan area.
The fifth hole on the bridge 351 wooden pillow all need to be replaced with a new composite material bridge pillow, railway composite light pillow appearance and wooden pillow similar, easy construction and installation, thermal expansion coefficient and low thermal conductivity, seismic, compressive, tensile, bending strength. According to statistics, the fifth hole of the Xijiang Large Bridge has a total of 18 grids and 351 bridge pillows, and as of July 14, all of them have been replaced, which will greatly improve the "immunity" and safety guarantee ability of the steel beam bridge.
